St. Clair County school boards will face budget challenges in 2010
Results are in for school board elections across the county. Algonac Community Schools’ election results showed incumbent Bud Hulewicz retaining his four-year seat, along with appointee Michael Baranowski. Hulewicz won over Lois Payette, 451-320. Baranowski defeated Sherry Appleton 372-225. The two-year bond renewal also passed overwhelmingly, 531-178.
